All competitors must have completed an AOA approved Fitness Test according to this protocol provided.
ATHLETE / COACH PACKAGE
Click below for a description of what is offered in the Athlete/Coach Package. Teams should confirm their PRELIMINARY numbers by email at firstname.lastname@example.org by end of day January 15th. We realize lists can change after qualification races.
PACKAGE COSTS (FEB 18 TO 23)
COACH – accom/food/transport: $550 + hst (Feb 18 to 23 – 5 nights)
ATHLETE – accom/food/transport: $530 + HST
BASIC COMP PACKAGE: $330 + HST (per athlete paid by team leader – see schedule for registration/payment time periods)
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration will require 2 payments: 1. Basic Comp Package 2. Athlete/Coach Accommodation/Meals/Transpo Package
See Master Event Schedule on the EVENT INFO page for dates and times the Registration Desk will be open at the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel. Teams can make both payments with cheque or credit card. Cheques to be made out to the “Lake Superior Division Alpine”. Receipts will be issued then.

“As athletes competing in the U16 Provincial OCup Finals in Thunder Bay……
We promise to do our best to represent our team, our teammates and ourselves both on and off the hill.
We promise to respect our opponents, the officials, the volunteers, our teammates, our coaches, ourselves and the rules of our sport.
We understand that we are competing on the traditional territory of the Fort William First Nation and are grateful for the nation’s support of our event
We look forward to making many new friends from USSA Central Region and from around our great province – Ontario!
We recognize that Ski Racing is FUN and we are thankful that we are fortunate to be able to enjoy our sport to the fullest!
We thank all volunteers, officials, event sponsors, event partners, our coaches and our parents for this great opportunity!

Ski trucks to move equipment by ground to Thunder Bay for 2020 will be arranged by divisions as needed. Contact your coach….
Jet service to Thunder Bay now available with Air Canada. 4 flights per day from Pearson. Westjet and Porter both use Q400 propeller planes with less baggage certainty. Porter has 5 flights per day from Toronto Island Airport and Westjet has 3 flights per day from Pearson.
